Robin Lunt

Robin Lunt is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief Strategy Officer at Guzman Energy. With over 15 years of experience across federal energy regulation, utility policy, and commercial markets, she is known for translating policy into workable market solutions in wholesale power and community-scale energy. She previously served as legal advisor to FERC Commissioner Tony Clark and as Assistant General Counsel at NARUC, where she helped shape ARRA smart grid funding, transmission planning, and climate policy.

At Guzman, Robin oversees commercial strategy and transactions—renewable PPAs, natural-gas tolling, and customer agreements with municipalities, cooperatives, tribes, and large industrial customers from hospitals to data centers—advancing grid modernization and rural market transformation. A former energy and telecommunications attorney in Washington, D.C., with expertise in offshore wind and smart grid technologies, she is licensed in Colorado, Washington, D.C., and California. She brings hands-on experience with distributed energy resources, wholesale markets, and stakeholder collaboration, and is committed to a secure, reliable, resilient, and affordable grid.
