As we head into the fall and winter months, we are turning our attention to the search for a new GridWise Alliance Policy Director. The Policy Director will work with members to shape and implement strategic initiatives like the Grid Modernization Index and Technology Portfolio, as well as track grid modernization developments at the federal and state level. The Policy Director will convene member working groups, research and analyze public policy, draft policy recommendations, and develop white papers, fact sheets, and other communications to inform policymakers and other stakeholders about key grid modernization issues.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with state and/or national level electricity policy issues. A bachelor’s degree is required but advanced degrees are preferred. This position is remote.
