gridCONNEXT 2018 ANNOUNCES NEW SPEAKERS AND PARTNERS

Programming to Span Energy, Transportation, Storage, and the Grid

Washington, D.C., September 11, 2018 – The GridWise Alliance and Clean Edge, Inc. today announced additional speakers and partners for gridCONNEXT 2018. The second-annual gathering, to be held in Washington, D.C., December 4-6, will bring together business, utility, finance, and policy leaders to explore the most important topics impacting the electric utility industry. Confirmed partners include CenterPoint Energy, DataGuard, Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), Intel, American Electric Power (AEP), Exelon, Landis+Gyr, Lockheed Martin, National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), ABB, Accenture, and Itron.

Speakers span representatives from utilities, regulatory bodies, investment organizations, non-profits, and corporations. Newly announced speakers include:

  • Anne Pramaggiore, Senior Vice President & CEO, Exelon Utilities
  • Courtney Prideaux Smith, Chief Deputy Director, California Energy Commission
  • Jeff Eckel, President & CEO, Hannon Armstrong
  • Leslie Kilgore, Vice President, Engineering, Thomas Built Buses
  • Shuli Goodman, Executive Director, LF Energy Foundation

Previously announced speakers include:
